In this video, we provide an overview of the POC pipeline with a focus on antibody drug conjugate design. We start by taking inputs from the PDB structure and the Structural Antibody Database to redesign the complementary determining regions of both the heavy and light chains of an antibody. We explain how we generate linkers and payloads using a dynamic text input and an LLM, which are then fed into the ADCnet model to predict the effectiveness of the final antibody drug conjugate.
